Electronic Medication Administration Report (EMAR)

Designed together with a hospital and our partner company Pharmacy & Therapeutic Consulting The Center for Drug Safety has developed a comprehensive and complete Electronic MAR. Our EMAR is equipped with all the features you would expect in an EMAR plus a few extra bonuses. For example when coupled with our Patient Photo ID function the EMAR displays the patient's photo as well as their name and medical record number thus eliminating any chance of misidentification. In addition, our EMAR incorporates the nurse's approval function (necessary to meet JCAHO standards) directly into the EMAR itself. This eliminates the potential for late or missed nursing approvals and is far more convenient for the nurses themselves. One last note; our system is designed to be flexible so if you had specific needs not addressed by our EMAR we could make those adjustments insuring the version your staff used met your exact requirements.
