You've come to the Right Place
Founded in 1995 the Center for Drug Safety is designed to service the three major groups involved in patient care, hospitals/healthcare organizations, private practices and of course patients. We meet or exceed all HIPAA and JCAHO standards and have successfully passed several JCAHO audits. Further, we have been referenced by AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality), which is a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We have participated in a federal grant known as the Applied Strategies for Improving Patient Safety (ASIPS) Project at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC) and formed a partnership with Pharmacy & Therapeutic Consulting, one of the nation's leading pharmaceutical consulting firms.

Fact of the Day An Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a medical record in digital format. As of 2006, adoption of EMRs and other health information technology, such as computer physician order entry (CPOE), has been minimal in the United States. Less than 10 percent of American hospitals have implemented health information technology. We at The Center for Drug Safety are proud to have done our part to promote the health and safety of America’s citizens. View All Facts
